We are available in over 50 countries across North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific (including China).
Q: What do we need from you?
1. Measurements and high-resolution images of your bottles and labels.
2. Use our “See my virtual story” tag to let customers know that you have an AR label.
That’s all! No need to change your existing labels. All back-end matters such as app and platform development, maintenance, and hosting will be handled by us.
Q: How long will it take for my AR labels to be ready?
AR Product: 3 days, 2D Animation: 15-30 days, 3D Animation: 30 days, Interactive AR Portal: 10-15 days
Q: How long will my DRNK:AR subscription be valid for?
All subscriptions will be valid for 12 months, after which you can renew it on a yearly or monthly basis. Other AR Experiences such as Animated Label, AR Portal, etc. will always be available (one-off payment) as long as you have an active subscription.
Q: Why are extra features like extra languages and additional regions charged separately?
It is to cover the costs for quality translators and voice artists.
Q: What kind of content is included in my AR experience?
Depending on the services you choose, different components will be available in your AR experience.
Q: What is the user journey like on the DRNK:AR mobile app?
1. Activate WebAR from a website or social media channels for a “preview” and be redirected to download DRNK:AR.
2. Launch the app and use the in-app camera function to scan your label and explore the full AR experience. (Users with the app already installed will skip the first step.)
